Moved demo rotation configuration to demo.ini.php file to allow the -o option of install.sh to remove demo rotation as well

This reverts commit ea6542a3.

You can now set the "keepalive" backend option to 0 to disable
sending the keepalive livestatus header

Hover menu childs (e.g. services in host object hover) can now be left unsorted (keep original sorting)
